We've been trading a lot of videos back and forth. I'm so impressed by the related materials y'all have found and sent me that I'm creating a link here, so we can create a library. I hope that y'all will post the Dove Revolution paroday (as well as any other parodies on that topic that you found), and the links I've been sending around from Youtube. You can feel free to post annotated links here (where you explain a bit about why you thought the video was important or related to the class).

The Persuaders is a PBS movie that describes the way Big Advertising agency get into the mind of their consumers. This video is great for the class because it demonstrates how advertisers promote a desire for a product using certain words and images that we see on tv, the internet, the papers, and etc.
